0101edd0 will make it so a Wild Bulbasaur will appear.

Rating and Comment: 9/10 I love Bulbasaur and the other Starters! It is hard when you have to choose one of the starters, and then the other two will not appear. This is a great cheat so you don't have to trade and erase game files to recieve another rare Pokémon.
