This time the treacherous Nazis are ‘Phantom Plainsmen' and they're buying US horses for the German army while they can buy them and stealing when the sales are stopped.

Despite the original twist in the action picture, the Three Mesquiteers, Bob Steele, Tom Tyler and Rufe Davis, are just cowboys doing the usual trick--lassoing, shooting, doing some fancy riding and defending right. Finally all is saved: the horses are safe and so is Tad, Captain Marvin's son, who was a student in Germany and held in ‘protective custody' to force his father to sell horses to Germany.

Alex Callum, Charles Miller, Lois Collier, Monte Montague and Richard Crane are some of the others in the cast. John English directed and Louis Gray was associate producer.
