Australian Nicole Mary Kidman was actually born in Honolulu, Hawaii on June 20, 1967. As a young child, she moved to Australia with her parents, native to the country. Nicole first got involved with ballet, which came in handy in 2001's Moulin Rouge, but as a teenager, broke out into the acting industry. Dropping out of high school is rarely a good decision, but Nicole had not only the passion and drive but also the talent that allowed that move to pay off. Nicole has always been dedicated to her film career, going the extra mile. In The Portrait of a Lady, she wore a corset that took her waist down to 19 inches!! She also did her own singing in the Moulin Rouge musical. Her breakthrough performance that proved she was leading lady material came in 1995 when she did To Die For. Nicole has not only given the world outstanding performances in the past, but is sure to outdo herself in the future.
