Synopsis: Austin Powers returns with an all new chick in a not so new adventure

How many movies can you see with pee jokes, boobs that shoot bullets, and the phrase, "yeah, baby, yeah", and STILL laugh? Apparently, three times. But Mr. Myers...I don't know if I can handle more a fourth.

Not everything about this installment was the same as the first two. There were some new jokes. The opening sequence, for one, was hilarious. Actually, it was the funniest part of the movie, and it had nothing to do with the plot of the film. Also, the rap music video with Dr. Evil and Mini Me had me laughing out loud. Other than that, a lot of the jokes were simply adjustments of the same jokes from the other movies. Why is urinating so damn funny? Also, the misinterpreted shadows makes another appearance.

No, the humor is not particularly clever. In fact, it is quite mindless. But sometimes, that's what people need. When I saw this movie, I was in a terribly depressed mood. But for the hour and a half I was watching the movie, I was laughing and smiling, my troubles temporarily forgotten. Thanks, Austin.

I really liked the storyline between Dr. Evil, Mini me and, Scott this time around. It pulled at my heartstrings. As for Beyonce Knowles, I think everyone is sick of pop stars who get parts in movies just bc they are already famous singers...Mandy Moore, Britney Spears, and worst of all, Mariah Carey. However, her prescence ni the film did not bother me that much. I was able to think of her as Foxxy Cleopatra, and not the lead singer of Destiny's Child.

The surprise at the end will either be loved or hated...I was in favor of it, however, I will hate it if another Austin Powers is made on that premise. It will just be taking it to far. That surprise means the series must end, or else it will just become ridiculous.

Bottomline: One of the funniest films of the summer
