Republic ID/Data Card
In my mind, every being in the Star Wars universe would have to have some sort of ID card that would allow them to prove they were who they say. This is my personal interpretation of that item. I see this card being and containing a lot of information. It would include medical history, credit information, act as a debit card, as well as provide information on piloting certifications and such. This was a simple one night job that required a blank circuit board from Radio Shack, some laminate and a color printer.
