Critic Review

This has to be one of the most glorified, powerful, heart-stopping films I have ever seen. I am amazed at how well they depict the war between England and Scotland. It is so believeable, and fairly accurate, too! I found it to be more than just an action film, with the gory battle scenes, but also a redemption film. One man was able to challenge one of the most ruthless kings ever to claim the throne of England. Mel Gibson was incredible in this movie. I am proud to say this was the best choice ever for the Acedemy Award for Best Picture. Mel Gibson did a terrific job directing and producing this epic masterpiece. "*****!" "A motion picture triumph!" "Mel Gibson at his best!" "Braveheart has the spirit of a warrior and a poet!"
