It has come to our attention that some people who work for studios and/or production companies pose as "traders" with the sole purpose of tricking us(the collectors) into a potential copyright violation situation. Therefore by emailing us you agree to the following statement: "I affirm that I am not employed by any television and/or movie production studio/network or affiliated organizations such as the MPAA,ASCAP or any government agency." By emailing us you understand that these trades are from collector to collector and that any donations are not for the product but for the time and labor involved in preparing these. All tapes are believed to be in the public domain and are passed with no rights given or implied. If the COPYRIGHT HOLDER has a problem with any title(s) being listed, please notify us on an OFFICIAL LETTERHEAD with complete copyright notification and the title(s) will be removed. If you enter this site not agreeing with the above statement you are violating code 341.322.12 of the Internet Privacy Act of 1995 which means you can not threaten our ISP or any other company hosting these pages and you can not prosecute any person affiliated with this site.
RULES
We prefer to trade collector to collector. However, they're rules that must be followed in order to keep a good reputation on the traders list.
Our rules are as follows:
1) .We can ship to other countries. Just ask.
2) We trade tape for tape, speed for speed.
3) We prefer to trade but if you wish to buy,its ok.
4) Please be as honest & accurate as possible with information pertaining to your tapes.(qualtiy,speed,etc..)
5) We do offer selective episode trading. It just costs more based on the situation.
6) All tapes are VHS only.
7) Send us your trade list. We're open to just about anything. We'll let you know in 24-48 hours.
8) If we set up a trade,we will wait until you trade arrives, review it & then ship your requests out. Unless we approach you. Then we ship first.
9) Do not use generic tapes or pre-recorded tapes. They will be returned.
Prices are as follows:
Most tapes will be $10 ie James O'Barr's The Crow and JLA. If the price is different,then i will tell you. For the pricing of a series, e-mail me to estimate the price. If you wish to negotiate, feel free to contact me.
