| In a future society, people are separated into two groups: the genetically engineered "perfects" and the naturally born "imperfects." Ethan Hawke uses a crippled prefects identity to be considered in a exploration venture. Uma Thurman plays as Hawke's love intrest, but seems like they could have got someone better to play the role.

| A janitor at MIT named Will, Matt Damon is a closet genius with a gift for physics. When his skills become evident to a professor. He is encouraged to pursue his gift; yet doing so means turning his back on the way of life he grew up with, including his neighborhood and his best friend Ben Affleck. This script was actually written some odd years ago by Damon and Affleck, a producer friend said that it would make for a good movie.. C'est la vie.

| Acclaimed coming-of-age romantic drama about naive college graduate confronting real world. Though it's somewhat dated, this still has broad-based, cross-generational appeal for drama fans and romance buffs. Great for 60s-era nostalgics.

| In the late 1970s, a ten-year old Finn (Hawke) falls in love with a ten-year old Estella Gweneth
Paltrow. A decade later, the two cross paths in New York City: he's trying to break into the art scene, she's on the verge of marrying Hank Azaria. Orginally, I saw this to try to see Paltrow nekkid, but it didn't happen, but it was a great movie, a far cry from the drab original by Dickens.
