UFO Incident reported @8:26 am Friday September 15, 2000
"Sighting of UFO at 8:19 PacificStandard Time. Object was visible
looking West from Berkeley, over San Francisco Bay,
approximately 5 degrees above the horizon. It moved down and out
of view below the horizon over a period of five minutes. The
object was pulsating and colored orange. On viewing with a
telescope it appeared to have a round disc in the center of a
glowing orange rim." -End Report
