History: People from the 23rd century removed Godzilla from Lagos island but put 3 genetically engineered pets called Dorats in his place. They were transformed into King Ghidora in the H-bomb test in 1954, and was controlled by the future people to destroy Japan in 1992. He fought with a new Godzilla, was severely injured, and stayed at the ocean bottom until 2204, when he was turned into Mecha-King Ghidora.

A large yet surprisingly fast monster, capable of raining damage down with his gravity rays or coming in close to brutalize his enemies with massive blows and choking grips. With three heads, even if one is lost, there are still two more left to keep him in control. An overall powerful monster, but was still defeated fairly easily by Godzilla.

A.K.A.: Mecha-King Ghidora

Special Abilities: Gravity rays from side heads, powerful laser ray from center

Film Appearances: Godzilla Vs. King Ghidora (1991)

History: In 2204, time travelers fixed up King Ghidorah and gave him technological enhancements. They went back in time to fight Godzilla and save Japan. Mecha-King Ghidora got the "Godzilla Grips" on Godzilla, and flew over the ocean, electrifying Godzilla along the way. Godzilla shot him down, and they both plunged into the ocean. Mecha-King Ghidora supposedly died, maybe because he was "put to sleep" by the time traveling people.

This is essentially the same Ghidora as the one in the rest of the movie. However, it had different stats, a different "lead head", and a different purpose. Ghidora was enhanced by the futuristic technology, making it one of the most powerful of them all. It has greater stamina, a more powerful middle head, and electrifying "Godzilla Grips". He is as powerful as Godzilla, but had bad human control in the only fight. It can go on autopilot, with the two other heads in control. The popular, "all powerful" Ghidora never had much success, but it’s Mecha form did. Hey, a Tie is better than a half a dozen losses!
