Special Abilities (Queen): electromagnetic field around body interferes with electronic signals, legs near head can produce a strong magnetic force shield by weaving together at high speeds, powerful microwave beam produced from prisms in main horns, horns can also produce a number of red "laser-whips" that can slash and pierce just about anything

History: It is unknown precisely what the origin of these creatures are, but what is known is that they are a silicon-based species that relies on a symbiotic nature with a large species of plant to spread throughout the galaxy. The legion drones produce oxygen as they consume silicon-based minerals, which the plant uses to charge a blast to send a seed to space. One landed near Sapporo, Japan, and set up a hive downtown. Gamera came and destroyed the flowering plant, and was attacked by a swarm of drones. The queen of the hive escaped, and started a new colony in Sendai. It fought Gamera to slow him down, but Gamera managed to knock the flower over before it blew up and destroyed the city. The queen moved towards Tokyo and engaged the Japanese defense force. Gamera, who survived the blast, followed and fought with Legion again. The drone swarm was destroyed by the military (who lured them away with an electric power plant), and Gamera destroyed legion with an extremely powerful manna-powered plasma beam.

This is one powerful daikaiju! Big, strong, powerful, and nearly unstoppable. The queen is a ruthless yet intelligent killer, using it’s powerful abilities to wipe out anything in it’s way. The drones they queen unleashes aren’t very smart, but they make up for it with sheer numbers, capable of completely covering the enemy in seconds. Legion’s main special weapon is a powerful beam that can wipe out whole tank forces in one shot and is even powerful enough to make a serious dent in Gamera’s shell. Legion can feel safe from a distance due to the use of a shield to protect it, and up close the many sharp objects Legion wields can tear into anything unfortunate enough to be next to it. Despite being something of a large brick wall, Legion can be surprisingly agile if need be, capable of burrowing great distances or flying at high speeds. As a final ability, Legion can use the powerful crimson laser-whips, which can slice into an opponent badly. The wounds are cauterized, though, so they can’t incite excessive bleeding, but they are still a sight that one does not want to see. Legion is definitely one of the more powerful monsters, and if it weren’t for Gamera’s manna beam, Legion probably would have conquered the planet.
