History: Raised from an infant by Jill Young. After being convinced to go to America, Joe and Jill start performing increasingly embarising shows. Eventually Joe breaks loose and wrecks havoc, but redeems himself by saving people.

Joe is quite the scrapper. He can wrestle down pretty much anything in his weight class. He fairly intelligent too, and knows how to use the environment to his advantage. Not a bad fighter at all.
