In 1993, an egg was found in a rodan nest on Adona island. It was taken to Japan, and a baby godzillasuarus was hatched. This was because it was a parasite egg. It was given to Godzilla, assuming Godzilla would take care of it. Godzilla did, and Baby G was raised on Basu island. In 1994, when it was half grown, it was attacked by Spacegodzilla but survive. In 1995, radiation grew it up a little, and he was able to successfully fight a small form of Destoroyah. However, Destoroyah mutated into the final form, and killed Godzilla Jr. When Godzilla melted down, a revived Godzilla Jr. absorbed the radiation and mutated even more, to what was assumed to be the final form.

Since the final form is basically Godzilla himself, this particular monster has the same fighting ability as Godzilla, accept maybe a little better because of the circumstances of growing up. As the fight with Destoroyah showed, Junior seems to have more control of his mind, thus he is more capable of fighting intelligently. He is more then just a walking machine of destruction; he can reason his situation and handle it accordingly. A worthy successor in the Godzilla line.
