History: Precisely what exactly the series of events are for the "Final Wars" reality is relatively unknown. The known history begins with an attack against Godzilla in Antarctica, where missiles fired by the flying battle submarine, the Gotengo, exploded against a mountain and buried Godzilla in ice. Forty years latter, a plot by the space aliens known as the Xillians began, which the main force being various monsters controlled by them used to destroy cities. Realizing that Godzilla was their last hope, the remainder of Earth’s defense force took the Gotengo back to Antarctica to release Godzilla. After being freed from his icy prison, Godzilla fought with Gigan and won. He then followed the Gotengo, bent on finishing the battle started years ago. Along the way to Tokyo, where the Xillian mothership was, Godzilla fought up against (and beat) Zilla, Kumonga, and Kamacuras. He also defeated an assault by Rodan, Anguirus, and King Caesar. As he made his way to Tokyo, he also killed Hedorah and Ebirah in one shot. The final battle involved Godzilla teaming up with Mothra to take on Gigan and a mysterious new kaiju, Monster X. Gigan and Mothra were both destroyed in a kamikaze attack by Mothra (who was on fire), leaving Godzilla and Monster X, who transformed into his final version, Kaiser Ghidorah. After a long and hard battle where Godzilla was nearly defeated, energy was given to him by the Gotengo, allowing Godzilla to free himself from Kaiser Ghidorah’s grasps and defeat the last weapon of the Xillians. Godzilla then turned back to the Gotengo, downing the sub, but before he could finish off the crew Minilla, Godzilla’s (possible) son, blocked the way. Convinced to make peace with humanity, Godzilla and Minilla swam off into the sunrise.
