History: Members of a species of single-celled organisms that live in space were exposed to a radiation pocket above Japan and mutated. The result was a new type of creatures that feeds on carbon. They sought out and ate any deposits of carbon they could find, anything from stacks of coal to diamonds. As the creatures grew larger and more numerous, so did their appetite, and most of the world’s carbon deposits were consumed. After a swarm of bees went after one of these creatures and "killed it" by stinging it, causing a reaction that crystallized it’s form, a massive industrial project went underway to produce a large quantity of synthetic venom. When the creatures, now numerous in number thanks to a reaction with explosives, descended upon Kyushu, the military sprayed the venom in the air any way they could. The creatures crystallized and fell to the ground, and these Dogora creatures were never seen again.

Fighting Power: ****

The biggest form of these creatures takes on the appearance of a giant jellyfish or something like that. With a number of tentacles, the ability to float and levitate objects at will, the strength to rip bridges apart easily, and the ability to melt and disintegrate anything it wishes, these Dogora things are quite the dangerous monster. Plus their weakness is hard to exploit unless you happen to be near a beehive.
