Film Appearances: Godzilla vs. Destroyer (1995)

History: In 1954, the oxygen destroyer was used to kill the first Godzilla. A small anaerobic organism reacted with the micro-oxygen in there over a period of over 40 years. In 1995, the small patch of the organisms was released by underwater tunnel soil testers, and it mutated more and more until it reached a it's first true form. Many attempts were made to kill it, but it just further mutated. Godzilla Jr. fought with it, but it mutated further and killed him. Godzilla fought with it, and then he melted down. The radiation ultimately killed the creature.

This creature is considered to be extremely strong. Some say that the only reason that Godzilla won is because he had extra power due to his overload. It can shoot opponents with a very powerful "micro-oxygen" beam that can disintegrate flesh. It isn't too good at close range, but if something comes close it can slice the combatant with it's horn, hurting it severely and backing it off. It is very tough to kill, because if it gets into trouble all it has to do is break up into single cells, reform into a smaller form, repeat, and it's healthy again. I have no idea how it can be killed other than an extreme blast than can kill all ot it's cells at the same time. It is so powerful that I don't know how it can lose.
