In the opening of the film, the survivor from part 1 is killed in her apartment by a hooded killer and then five years later the killer goes on a murderous rampage at a counsler training center nearby Camp Crystal Lake (now closed down). Later on you find out that the mysterious killer is Jason Voorhees (now all grown up) out to avenge his mother's beheading in the first film. Great gore FX by Carl Fullerton. This is suspenceful but very predictable at times. The ending on the other hand still makes me jump. In the begening listen to Alice while she is having the nightmare. It sounds like she is having an orgasm.
