In ancient times there existed a civilization known as Crimsonia. This civilization was very prosperous. It was without question the most advanced civilization ever. Although they were so intelligent they still believed in the same gods ever since their beginning. This was because their gods lived among them. Yes, odd but true. Everyday there would be a ceremony where they would offer an abundant material known as Crimsonite (Crimsonians named it) to there gods. Unaware to themselves or their gods, this martial radiated pure evil. Eventually their gods became corrupt. They ordered the Crimsonians to conquer every country on Earth... So the world went to war. Although out numbered by their enemy’s, the Crimsonian technology was to powerful and crimsonia was on the verge of wining...
One faithful day a rag-tag group of heroes from Crimsonia, who were rebelling, and The Crimson Eyed Maiden stumbled upon a secret. That all the gods and goddesses of every religion co-existed with each other, unaware of each other’s existence. So using the powers of a crimson moon they forced the gods and goddesses to meet. Soon after an alliance was formed brining lead by a god named Yahweh. They became part of the war and crimsonia's forces quickly diminished, forcing the crimsoninan gods to jump in. In the proceeding battle many lives were lost mortal and god alike. In the end crimsonia sank into the ocean. Being on the continent of Atlantis, it destroyed both civilizations...
Many died in that battle; so many that all there souls could not fully enter the afterlife. So the surviving gods and goddesses flung their souls and powers through time. Somewhere between 1900 AD and now the powers and souls possessed new bodies temporarily becoming one with there vessels souls and mental states. The recipients of the powers and souls gained there powers, but a god sow how bad this could turn out to be, so it changed the frequency that the dimension vibrated at to counter act the vibrations of the powers canceling them out at his areas of control. The unique thing about this was that the people's new power worked in a way that they could still control their powers from anywhere but work in other dimensions. Those who gained these powers became incredibly smart, and/or imaginative.
It is now known that those who received the powers could control the fabric of reality in DPU. But when 2 creators first met they began to play a game like the way the g&gs did but with less rules. In fact there where no rules... Wars broke out in DPU as many creatures came into existence and wagged war for there "Creators". This was not noticed by the g&gs for they neglected it. The Creators, as they began to be called, did not realize DPU was real until 1995AD-1997AD. Instead of the Creators stopping there war it got fiercer, one of them was evil and wanted to use DPU for his own personal reasons. The others fought to try to destroy the evil ones presence...
