I think that everyone should have a power spell,or chant. I think you should make up your own, but here's mine as an example:
I am space,
I am time,
I am the moon's rhyme.
The Goddess keeps me safe,
And warm.
The power within me,
Has been born.
Some might think it's cheezy, but it works for me.
The power chant is meant to either calm your nerves, or bring yourselfe power, and center your self.
