TRANCE INFORMATION

I am in the process of starting a RvR guild made of four groups that will work together as well as gank seperately. I am drawing upon all levels to fill four seperate group ranks, and preferably have a replacement for everyone on a fifth bench rank which will form its own groups. Thus we will be able to field both a massive zerg and individual or paired gank groups operating in the same zone.


GUILD STRUCTURE

Trance has a rank for each individual group as well as leader ranks. Everyone will be able to see officer chat but only the four leaders will be able to speak in it. There will be seven people in each group rank and one person in each leader rank. Rank 8 will be the bench; I plan to have at least one substitute for each member of a group, including the four leaders, so the bench will be at least as big as all the other ranks put together. Rank 9 will be No Group for /invite reasons.

I will most likely be rotating people from their respective groups to the bench if someone on the bench is not spending a lot of time in their group. I will do this when needed, on request, or monthly. Leaders are not affected by this unless they wish to be.
