The Inevitable

 

In certain realms

we can travel forever

upon a great unending plain.

Yet when we return to the bonds of reality

we see, not unending, all things that come to an end

the end of the day, the end of the night

the end of a life.

If we let go of all the unending things

time, space, imagination

we will then bring an end

to all the possibilities they may bring.
