The Pennsylvania PAGAN
Monday, 27 October 2003
Home again

The wheel of life has brought us back Samhain once again. Samhain blessings to all of you. This time of year is looked at as New Years by some paths, so what time would be better for the rebirth of The Pennsylvania PAGAN.

The Pa. PAGAN first hit the Internet in September of 1998. Feeling like I was the only Pagan in the state, it was started in an attempt to find others of a like mind. It was on-line for four years, and I came in contact with some wonderful people through it. I switched from Angelfire to another web-site provider to try to cut down on the amount of advertisements and because the new provider was specifically for Pagans. Due to a work schedule, I couldn’t keep up with the needs of the site and I had to let it close down. It’s been shut down for a year or so, and I’ve been thinking about it a lot. My schedule has become a little friendlier, and I really missed the energy I received from the site, so here we are again, and I’m more than thrilled to be back.

I’m hoping for a lot of help from the Pagan community to get things moving again. I need your news, events, and webweaving listings; just about anything you have that may interest other Pagans in and around the state. If you have something that there isn’t a listing for, send it to me and we’ll find a place for it. If you have any suggestions or comments please send me an e-mail and let me know. I would also like to invite people from different parts of the state to act as my eyes and ears. Do you think you are in the know about the events in your area? Tell everyone all about it. Give me reviews of events or what ever is happening.

If you have visited the in the past you may remember the purple stage, and then the green stage the site went through. I was going to start the site back up in the green stage again, but decided to go a different way with it. I was looking at a car in front of me when it hit me, the state colors, blue and gold. I tried it out and I’m really pleased with the results. The site looks cleaner and maybe a little more professional. I can’t afford to hire anyone to come up with the stuff I put on here, and as you can tell I’m not really handy with a computer, so it’s all basically poke and hope. If any of you have any graphic ideas that you would like share with me, PLEASE e-mail me.

I hope you enjoy the site.
Brightest Blessings,
Bawb
