Appearance: She wears baggy black pants (with numerous pockets) that are loose over the hips and tight at the ankles, black leather low cut slip-on shoes, two dark leather belts criss-crossing her hips, a snug dark green halter top with elbow-length sleeves and thin black leather gloves. Her ebony hair hangs loose around her shoulderblades, a pair of dark black sunglasses often pushed up on top of her head. She carries various types of darts and medical supplies hidden in her many pockets.

Background: Born in the city of life, Vei was avidly taught the healing and peaceful ways of her people. But Vei always knew she was different from those around her, her heart full of dreams of distant lands and learning about different cultures. Upon reaching age,Vei announced that she was setting out on a pilgramage to help people in each city, and to spread the word of their beloved God. Satisfied with the noble idea, Vei's father sent her on her way with more than enough bank credit and a bodyguard to provide for her... Yet after reaching Crimson City, Vei immediately fell in love with the fast city life and the even faster cars. She eventually amassed a small fortune of her own through her healing skills and by racing cars.

Strengths: Unable to bring herself to deliberately hurt any living creature, Vei instead relies on her decent skills in defense and her bodyguard. She carries darts tipped with various sedatives and tranquilizers to protect herself when necessary and to avoid causing anyone harm when possible. Vei is an excellent healer, her innate skills were among the best in her hometown and still grow over time.

Weaknesses: Vei will not harm anyone, for any reason, not even to save her own life. This is her greatest weakness, one she attempts to keep hidden, and does well when her bodyguard is near. Vei also has an overwhelming hunger for speed that she seems to constantly need to feed, oftimes causing her to become somewhat reckless.

Other: Vei has seen alot of things living in the city, but she is still considerably innocent, especially when it concerns her beliefs of peace amongst mortals. Vei has lead a sheltered life, first under the doting care of her father, then under the care of her loyal bodyguard. Vei also has a full-grown pet wolf named Yasha that obeys only her every command, he was gifted to her as an orphan wolf pup from her bodyguard.
