The Story

Driven over the edge by her obsession with insanity and her patient, Paien, Dr. Rijiny Aegeni discovers the existence of a mysterious rod of chaos and a devistating disease that could plague the world. With these two destructive tools, Rijiny will inflict her fury and hatred to all those who dared to stand in the way of her studies and... her heart. With Paien at her side, she is now determined to destroy everything and everyone, to get her revenge a thousand fold.

No one expected the mysterious occurance of a man-made disease that seemed to originate in the small island town of Madascargan. Even more surprising was the increasing madness of a respected doctor as she unleashes her wrath on the world. The only solution is to find the remaining pieces of a mysterious the ancient Staff of Nevermore...

The Staff of Nevermore
An extremely powerful staff of ancient times, this staff is the only piece evidence that there are other gods. When pieced together, this staff as a whole has the capability of bringing peace and harmony to the delicate balance of life. Eons ago, when the world was desolate, the staff was broken into four seperate pieces all hidden in different parts of the world, knowing that in the wrong hands the staff could be used for great evil. It's secret is locked away but legends still exist of it's power and origin.

Eye of Raven
A violet jewel with a strange, faded white star shape. It glows softly with a pulsating light as if it has a life on it's own when properly placed on the staff, but without the staff looks like an ordinary jewel. This staff has mysterious, yet untapped powers of the psyche that has the power to grant one any the psychic blessings of Raven.

Dragon Rod of Maudlynn
The top section of the staff, it is made with smooth black mythril and resting on top is a realisticly detailed carving of a dragon with tiny emerald eyes. It's wings are beautifically spread upwards, an obvious resting place for the Eye of Raven. This staff possesses the blessings of magic, until it's strange secrets are discovered it is generally useless.

Clasp of Orion's Balance
Made of smooth silver, this key portion of the staff rests in the center and is a bit shorter than the other sections of the staff. It's main purpose is to hold the other two pieces together with perfect balance. It is carved with unknown symbols, rumored to be the written word of Orion himself and the secrets are locked in the almost unreadable symbols. Inside the clasp are two spikes of equal length that protrude from each ends of the clasp, one made of onyx and the other ivory, creating a javelin type weapon. Without the secrets of the clasp, the four pieces of the staff will not remain together, and the harmonizing or destructive power of the staff is broken.

Chaos Rod of Mephisos
The bottom portion of the staff, it is made with the same black mythril as the rest of the staff, but wrapped around it is a beautiful carving of a serpent, it's deep onyx eyes seem to spark from within. In the wrong hands this section of the staff can be very dangerous, it's gift of chaos can be particularly destructive without the use of balance.

The Key and Tablet of Sivitri
Not a part of the staff but important nonetheless, this tablet is made of smooth obsidian, carved on it in the most ancient language is the part of legend of origin of the Staff of Nevermore. Attached to it by a silver chain is a ruby key which purpose is to locate the pieces of the staff in the order, Eye of Raven, Dragon Rod of Maudlynn, Clasp of Orion and the Chaos Rod of Mephistos. When a piece is located, a new portion of the tablet will appear, furthering the legend. The tablet was hidden in an ancient cavern, long ago hidden and perhaps never discovered.
