US AMBER ALERT

For women and girls from 10 to 100 years old who love to surf the "net" I hope to be able to provide you with links to sites which will be of special interest to you. I'd like to let you know about news items which may be pertinent to you as a woman. I'd like to be able to give you a few laughs, inspire a few tears and provide you with sites which may give you support when you need it. As women, I think we are pretty lucky. Have you ever heard of sites devoted specifically to men? I guess we are pretty special and like to take care of each other and network with each other providing each other with as much as we can whenever or wherever we can. I believe in community, collectivity, self empowerment and interaction. Each of us with our different backgrounds, nationalities, race, age, beliefs and life experiences can give to each other something of value, can teach us something new (or remind us of something old) and can enrich the lives of other women. Is there some area of interest you'd like to explore, some topics you'd like to find out about in detail? Do you have any recommendations for any sites you have found particularly interesting or relevant to us, as women? Is there a site you would like to nominate as our special "Site of the Month"? Do you know of any women who have personal web pages which might help, inform, entertain, encourage, inspire us? Should we have regular columns targeted to areas of special interest, guest writers who might inform us, a photo album where we can provide each other with some of our great pictures? Are there any limits to what can be done with this site? This is a site devoted to you and I hope, that as my experience on the Net grows, I will be able to provide you with content and a look which is more and more sophisticated and polished. If there is anything you'd like to see or if there is a site you can recommend, please let me know and let's get it linked on this site, Luna's Web Sites for Women. Please be patient with errors which may occur as this site develops. I have jumped into this feet first, not really knowing what I am doing or how to go about it. And the excitement, for me, is that I have no idea where this web site will lead to, I just know that learning is fun and I have no idea what new adventures await. So I hope you enjoy the ride and the links and I hope you will keep coming back to visit, contribute or give your comments and suggestions. The only limits we have in our lives are the limits we impose on ourselves. So, with your help let's make this a site without any limits.

In June, 2003 I received approval to join the "Mystickal Realms" Competition. Here is my membership and approval plaques. It was a lot of fun, but since I have changed servers and have no time to compete anymore, I have not followed up on the competition. I still want to keep my images on this site and if you decide you want to apply to compete with your site, all you have to do is click on the images.
