When I first took this wonderful class they call hospitality, I didn't know what to expect. But once Ms. Huddlestone got me into the kitchen she hasn't been able to get me out. It is a great course if you want to learn how to cook and have fun while doing so!

My experience in The Magic Kitchen has been a blast. This is the best course in high school. If you are looking for a job in the restaurant industry this is the perfect course to take. It will do more than just prepare you. Ms. Huddlestone is my #1 favourite teacher. I have taken this course 3 times, and the lunch class 2 times, so I really enjoy it.

I remember just like it was yesterday. When I walked in to a new start, my cooking experience. I saw all the ups and downs for the restaurant buisness. I have taken the Hospitality course, and the lunchtime class over the past four years. Throughout my experience in this class I ad the opportunity to try out the OYAP program through Fleming. I have enjoyed all my days in the kitchen and restaurant. We have cooked amazing food throughout all four years. The main reason I keep coming back to this class is due to Ms. Huddlestone. She is the best teacher at Thomas A. Stewart! My favorite thing to do in class is the cake decorating part. I have learned a lot throughout all my years. I have also made many friends that I will keep for the rest of my life.
