Totems

Totems are like gaurdian angels. They are animal spirits that protect you and symbolize you. If you need help or are in danger you can call to them for help though sometimes they come of there owm will. They are good spirits and you shouldn't try to control them as they are powerful and may be called demigods. They should be respected but not whorshipped as whorship is for the God and Goddess only. To find out what your totem is simply go somewhere you won't be distracted and clear your mind. After you have completely cleared your mind visualize land, air, and water. Wait until you are drawn to one, but do not force it, for some people it takes a long time to find there totem. Once you are drawn to one wait until you see an animal, the first animal you see is your totem. You may want to do this a couple of times to make sure you found your totem and didn't just force the image of the first animal you could think of into your mind.
