To get the alternate ending you have to beat all the cups in the Coliseum and find all 99 dalmation puppies. This is not an easy task to do. You do not, however, have to beat the Gold or Platinum Matches. It is widely beleived that this alternate ending is a preview for Kingdom Hearts 2 which comes out in 2004.

Kurt Zia

Kurt Zia is really easy to beat, if you have certain abilities. You can only fight him, and all the other alternate bosses, after you beat Hollow Bastion. To find him you have to go to Agrabah to Aladdins house and talk to the carpet. He'll take you to Kurt Zia. He disables your magic so that you can't use it, but once you get him on the ground you can use it. So when you can use magic, summon Tinker Bell. She heals you so you don't have to use your magic on healing. You have to hit his sheild with magic to bring down it's life, but if you hit it with the Keyblade it gives out bubbles which restore your magic. When he has the two purple balls of light in his hands you have to hit them until he falls. Your magic will be disabled when he has the balls of light, so you have to hit him with the Keyblade. When he falls your magic will be back. You have to hit his head until he gets up and puts on the sheild. You have to continue this until he dies.

The Phantom

The Phantom is probably the hardest of all the alternative bosses, maybe even harder than Sephiroth. To find him go to Neverland, in the cabin, and talk to Tinker Bell. You have to fly during the whole fight. There is a heart underneath him, and to kill him you have to cast spells on it according to it's color. Red=Fire, Blue=Blizzard, Yellow=Thunder, Purple=Gravity, and when it's white you have to hit it with the keyblade. The Phantom also casts this spell on you, and when you see the little thing over your head you have to hurry and run to cast stop on the clock or else it will take you down to one hit point and one magic point. It may take a lot of tries before you can beat him.

The Ice Titan

The Ice Titan is the first set of question marks in the Coliseum after you beat the Hades cup. I think he's hard to beat, but some of my friends think otherwise. You have to hit the ice shards back at him and run when the ice comes out of the ground. You have to time it perfectly, or you won't bring down any of his HP.

Sephiroth

No info at this time.

To get mystery goo's you have to find a white mushroom. You have to cast the same spell on it three times.

Shivering=Fire

Fanning itself=Blizzard

Floating=Gravity

Light over head=Thunder

Falls on ground=Cure
