| Enjoy a day in the country excellent family fun look at exhibits wildlife displays and walk labeled self guiding trails at the District's five Nature Centers. Introductory talks available for scheduled groups.Picnicking is not permitted at the Centers but there are nearby areas for this purpose. Visitors are restricted to the trails for the protection of the plant and animal life for the continual enjoyment of the public. Each center is different in terrain exhibits and emphasis. The centers have special events throughout the year media announcements are made on each. |  |
