How To Facilitate A Full Moon WomanCircle

How to facilitate a Circle at Full Moon WomanCircle

1. Come up with a topic that will educate and actively engage the WomanCircle

  • See the guidelines below.
  •

    2. Get on the Schedule

  • Contact one of the Full Moon WomanCircle co-Leaders. Names and Email addresses at the bottom of this page.
  •

    3. Guidelines

  • Each circle should run about 1 hour 15 minutes.

  •
  • If you've never facilitated a circle before, consider pairing up with someone who has had prior experience, or ask one of the co-leaders to be a mentor.

  •
  • Decide whether you want to build the altar and write the quarter calls and circle opening and closing.

  •
  • Assume that your topic is new to everyone. Don't try to fit in too much information in the limited time.

  •
  • Lectures are boring! - we want to be involved with physical activities.

  •
  • Something for us to take home is nice: a finished project, a handout with references, and best of all, a smile!

  •
  • Remember, you're never alone. One or more co-leaders are willing to help you with mentoring and advice. We are:

  • New Leader
    Stardancer
    Moondance
    Whaledancer
