Queen Enchantei
Queen Enchantei rules all of Elementei. She came into power at the age of 16, and has been ruling for 4 years, making her 20 now. She rules alone but for the aid of her Drat (half dragon half cat), Quaphina.
She is kind to all creatures unless they threaten her faeries or her rule. She deals out fair punishments and equally fair rewards for those who do good deeds.
Enchantei can sense things that will happen in the future, and can act against them if it is her will. If not, fortune takes its course, and the world remains untouched.
Enchantei brings dreams to people, and death to others. For those who are affected by her presence, they rarely know it. Those who understand they have been affected by her often become faeries in later stages of life.
