Presenting Your Data
In Access Session 4, you will learn how to create columnar and tabular reports,
print mailing labels, use the report Design view, and customize a report
structure to meet your needs. The Access report wizards simplify the process of
reporting your data from a table or query by making assumptions for you about the
formatting and style of the completed report.
1. Read Session 4 in the Access text.
2. Perform steps in Session 4 modifying the
School database file in the Access Data folder on your data disk.
3. Backup your Access data disk and submit the "School" database file
by attaching it to an e-mail message.
