ENTOMBED

Entombed in darkness I wait to see
Just which nightmare, this time, awaits me
Each day that I survive I face a new hell
There can be no escape from this mental cell
Patches of lightheartedness jumbled in with grey
Sometimes I cannot bare to think or face another day
Storm clouds gather, threaten to consume
And I lay in wait, eternally entombed
