Case 1: Why do guys itch their crotch? After playing basketball for so many years, along with volleyball, you can't help but noticed how some guys always have their hands on their crotch. No, no, I'm not staring at other guys' crotches. I am merely pointing out a common ritual rehearsed by many young men.
It is quite difficult to fathom the motive behind these actions...I don't understand why, during a break from doing suicides, some guys would rather pick at their nuts than get a drink of water. What bothers me even more is when they grab when females are around. It's so obvious....How strange this world is! Well, let's dig a little deeper into this mystery. Shall we?
Explanation 1 - Guy's are guys. Okay, so we all know that guys tend to be a little more open about their sexual stimulation than females are, or at least, that's what I have observed. Guys like to look tough and manly. Therefore, picking ones crotch must be a manly thing to do because it proves that you have a crotch. Wow folks...there it is.
Explanation 2 - Tinea Cruris, aka "jock itch."
Jock itch is a form of fungus that develops in sweaty, musty areas. It is an infection due to fungus on your skin. It is found in the crotch area where it is tight, concealed, and yes, moist. It seems as if males are more easily infected than females. Why that is? I don't know...that's another investigation that I most likely won't get to...but anyways....
Basically, a rash forms on your upper legs and around the crotch, making it quite uncomfortable. Guys who have jock itch become incredibly itchy and are in pain (sometimes), therefore, they must scratch and grab.
Explanation 3 - Guy's are stupid. Quote,
