"Hey Zac come here," Ike called as I walked past the bedroom door that was open. Ike was sitting at his desk with the computer and I walked over to him.
"What?" I asked and saw that he was on our Hanson.net website.
"Look what these girls are saying about Taylor," He replied and showed me the posts in the chat rooms. Most of the girls were saying how they supported the marriage, but a few were disagreeing all together.
"This whole marriage this is a sham. They could have at least told a little a head of time. Not a week after." One girl wrote in and I just laughed.
"That's crazy. If they were real fans, then they would be happy for Tay," I replied and sat down on my bed.
"What's crazy?" Kaitlin asked and slowly came into the room. I looked at her but she didn't seem to notice. She just came up and stood on the other side of Isaac at the computer.
"Oh..our crazy fans. They don't like Tay being married to Natalie and there's this stupid rumor going around that's she is pregnant and that's why they got married," Ike replied and I just sat quietly. I didn't know what to say with Kaitlin in the room. All I could think about was the way her red hair glowed in the lamp light sitting on the nearby table.
"She's not pregnant right? How did that get started?" Kaitlin asked and looked over at me.
"Of course not! Tay would never do that to her. He loves her to much to disrespect the marriage before it even starts," Ike answered and I looked back down at the screen.
"That's good. I always knew Tay was a great guy...Are you always this quiet? I thought you were like wired or something," Kaitlin asked me and I looked up feeling nervous.
"No," I replied with a harsh tone that came out suddenly. "I mean...Im just quiet sometimes. That whole wedding this was exhausting. Im just tired."
"Good, cause I couldn't stand it if you were real quiet all the time. I like to have long conversations with people, people who are interesting," She said looking me straight in the eye.
"So what does this Natalie look like?" She asked Isaac and took her eyes away from me. I was forced to do the same.
"Oh..she's got dark eyes and dark hair. She's real sorta skinny like Tay but she's a girl ya now," I replied and just as soon as I said it, I bit my tongue.
"She sounds pretty," Kaitlin said and ran her hand through her hair. "I just like red hair better though," She continued in a smug sort of voice.
"She's real nice. I think you'll like her," Isaac said and got up from the computer. "Hey Kaitlin. You want to go riding up town? We could show you around."
"Sure. Just let me grab my coat," She said and ran from the room.
"Why are you acting like such a dumb-butt?" Ike hissed as I stood beside the bed.
"Me? Im not acting..."
"Yes you are. Your not talking alot, and if you like Kaitlin your gonna have to talk so she can get to know you. Otherwise she's gonna be up Tay's butt even with Natalie around."
I rolled my eyes and followed him out to the car.
