Chapter 4

Later that night, Taylor went with his family, to "Chucky Cheese", for Zoe's birthday. Normally, Hanson birthday parties were an all out bash, but Zoe wanted to have a simple pizza party with her family.

Taylor and his family ordered their usually pizza with half-chesse/pepperoni, half-meat lovers. Taylor sat beside Avery and Zac and Zoe and Jessi sat with their parents. Mackie was the "man of the hour", because he insisted on sitting at the head of the table.

"So mom, what are we gonna do tomorrow, on our first day off?" Zac asked his mother with pizza stuffed into his mouth.

Diana just gave her son a stern look and replied gracefully, "Well, I thought your father and I would take Zoe birthday shopping cause we haven't had a chance to since we've been so busy lately. How does that sound Walker?" Diana asked her husband who was telling Mackie to stop playing with his 'Chucky the rat' toy.

"Oh. That's fine hon. I haven't gotten anything planned," Walker said after finally getting Mackenzie settled down.

Just then, Jessica started waving her hand around excitedly. She saw the girl from the salon just walk through the door.
"Oh..Mom look! There's that girl Sarah from the salon. She forgot her jacket, and me and Avie picked it up for her!" Jessi exclaimed and ran over to were the girl was sitting.

"What is she doing?" Walked exclaimed as he eat his pizza.

"I don't know but she's fixing to get into deep trouble," Diana replied and went over to where her daughter stood.

Taylor saw were his mother and sister had gone, and nearly shoked on his pizza. He coughed a bit and drank a bit of his Dr. Pepper to calm himself down.

"Tay. What's your problem? " His father asked, noticing his son's strange movements.

"Oh..Sorry. I just thought I knew that girl from somewhere. She looks familiar," He replied, half stumbling over his words.

"She probably looks like some fan you've talked to. To me, every girl looks alike after 100 cities or so," Zac piped up with food in his mouth.

Then his mother and Jessi came back to the table, after Jessi had given the girl her jacket back. They sat down with strange smiles on their faces.
"Walker, you will never guess who that is over there," Diana said and took a drink of her Coke.

"Who dear?" Walker asked in astonishment, at the way his wife was acting. Their waitress came up with there bill, and carried some plates away. Walker put the tip on the table, and the family got ready to go.

"Do you remember Mark Johnson, who lived in OakWood apartments when we did? You used to play golf together all the time," Diana said as they walked out to the van.

"Oh Yes. I remember him quite well. Was that his wife or something?"

"Yes. And his daughter Sarah. She used to come over to play at the house when she was little. I think she was about 5 or 6 then. Well, anyway I told them that we were having a cookout tomorrow night and that they could come," She said and helped Zoe get into her seat beside Avery and Jessica.

"I thought you were taking Zoe birthday shopping tomorrow?" Zac asked, from his seat in the back.

"Oh..we are. We'll take her shopping in the morning, and have the cook out tomorrow night. I have to buy the food to cook anyway," Diana said with a face full of satisfaction.

"So..Mom we're supposed to know that girl?" Taylor asked curiously. He thought that she was real pretty, and wanted to get to know her.

"Well You guys were friends, when you were younger. Im suprised you don't remember her," Diana said to her son, in the rearview mirror.

Taylor sat in his seat with a tiny, thought of anticipation running around in his head. He couldn't wait to talk to this girl, for some strange reason.
