FlowingStream

<U><FlowingStream></U>

The young man stepped out into the cold dark night He had been feeling an overwhelming since of lonliness ever since he and his family had come back from tourning. Normally one would think that with 9 other people in their family, they wouldn't get lonely. But, that was the complete opposite....

It's not that he doesn't like his family, cause he really does, they even spend every wakeing minute with each other. It was just that he was tired of running to them everytime he felt bad, or lonely, or sad or felt anything. He wanted someone else to run to. Someone who wasn't connected to the music. Someone who didn't care about his career, or the amount of money he made and the amount of fame he got. He wanted someone completely different then himself. Someone who wasn't obssessed with his music or the band. The Band. Hanson

Hanson. That was his last name, but lately it had become a horrible nightmare. A terrible dream that would follow him around forever. Though music would always be his passion, and singing and performing would always come with that passion. He wanted something new. He wanted to slow down and live alittle.

And though he'd be crazy not to say that touring the world and being admired by millions of people wasn't the perfect lifestyle, cause it was. Many people would kill to be in his shoes. But for him, those shoes were getting a little worn out, sitting of the shelve or his daily life.

He had other hobbies Other dreams and goals he wanted to accomplish
Other places and people he wanted to meet and see.

But how? How could he get all he wanted out of life and still have time for the music? And soon he would be at it again. At the grindstone, of writing, recording, producing, the performing and touring of his daily career.

Butsometimes, he didn't even know if he wanted it anymore. sometimes he wonder what his life would be like if he hadn't been into the music and singing. He knew that he probably wouldn't be himself. He'd probably just be an Average joe. An average 18 year old guy with a steady girlfriend. Going off to college to study for 4 years for what? That he didn't know Then he'd probably go off and get married to the first girl that came long.

Then again, maybe not. He knew deep down inside him, that their was someone out their for him. Someone who could know him inside and out, who knew him almost better then he knew himself.
She wouldn't be obssessed with his every move, like the fans were.

Then that led him to another string of thoughts
The fans
The people who were supposed to be behind them 100%. But he knew their real motives. He knew that most of them, wanted to catch him and his brothers, and marry them just because of the fame and money. Two things that he certainly didn't care about. Most of the fans didn't even know the REAL him. Sure they knew the general things, things like his hair and eye color, his birthday and zodiac sign. But that didn't tell anything about the person inside. The person behind the face in front of the camera, in the spotlights.

The boy walked around to the backyard and down to the little stream that ran down the path. He couldn't see it because of the dark night, but he could hear it. He knew that the stream would probably end up in the Arkansas River, where it would then run to the Gulf of Mexico then finally into the Atlantic/Pacific Ocean. He knew that the stream knew where it was going, because he certainly didn't.

The young man wiped a tear from his eyes and then was pulled out of his thoughts by a voice. His mother was calling him from the back door. "Taylor. Taylor. Come in honey," The voice grew louder until it broke through his thoughts and registered in his brain.

Taylor got up and slowly walked toward the house. The kitchen lights were on and his mother was standing there, with her arms stretched out to embrace him. He knew then what he wanted to do. He wanted to be comforted by his family and friends. He followed the light and walked through the door.

He knew he would endure all the uncertainties of his career, of his life, until he was drifting like that stream. He would flow to the end of his life and live it to the fullest until he ended his destination into the Sea of his Dreams. Into Eternity.
