The Answers
With each day I'm learning to accept this life I've been given. I understand suffering better. The way I see it, it is an opportunity for God to show how He can bring comfort and peace in even the direst of circumstances, as long as we seek Him. Suffering is also where we learn about strength, compassion, the value of life, and how to trust Him. Even without the visions and dreams, I would see God working in my life every day. He has completely filled every need I've ever had.
Please understand, what I present to you is life the way I see it and understand according to His Word. I am not a prophet or saint. I am just a man with 50+ years of life and this is what I have grown to believe according to the Word of God...

If you are suffering, Christ understands what you are going through. "He was despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows, and familiar with suffering." (Isaiah 53:3)
"Now if we are children, then we are heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory." (Rom. 8:17)
If you are caring for someone who suffers, you will be great in the kingdom of heaven. "Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, (Matt. 20:26)
And if you are a friend of someone who suffers, you are their greatest treasure! "My intercessor is my friend
as my eyes pour out tears to God;
on behalf of a man he pleads with God
as a man pleads for his friend." (Job 16:20-21 NIV)

Words Of Comfort

"But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings
as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." (Isaiah 40:31 KJV)

who takes hold of your right hand
and says to you, Do not fear;
I will help you." (Isa. 41:13)
