Choices

Jerrica sighed as she looked up at Nick who was smiling and said, "What the hell dude, you got a girl."

Nick stopped smiling and looked down.

"Why’d you do it? Just wanted in my pants? Well now you got what you wanted you can leave me and my daughter alone." She said opening the door.

He looked up at her confused and said, "I never said that."

"I don’t care Nick you have a girlfriend."

"So."

"Please get out."

"Can I still come play with Alexis?"

Jerrica sighed, she didn’t want to say yes but she had to admit him being with Alexis was good for her. Alexis liked him around. "Yeah but only because she likes you and well I want my girl to be happy." She said as she went back over to her desk.

Nick walked out but then peeked back in to see Jerrica looking out her window crying. He sighed and then walked down the hallway to see the other guys coming back from lunch.

"Yo, Nick where ya been man?" A.J asked.

"Found a couch took a nap." He replied sitting down as Jerrica walked down to where they were.

"You ok Jerrica?" Jeff asked.

"Yeah." She said quietly as they started the shoot back up.

During the rest of the shoot Jerrica almost started crying again and she couldn’t help but look at Nick and the same with him looking at her. After they were done Jerrica left before anyone could say anything to her.

Later that night Jerrica was sitting on the couch watching TV eating a bag of chips while Alexis slept in her room. Jerrica got up to get another soda when someone knocked on the door. She looked at the door then her watch it was almost nine who was knocking on her door. She slowly walked to the door and then slowly opened it. She couldn’t help but smile as Nick stood on the other side.

"Hi." He said looking her in the eyes.

"Hi."

"I’m sorry."

"For what?" She asked curiously.

"You know."

"Well I’m not." She said as she walked back over to the couch.

"Figured that."

"What?"

"You have no reason to be sorry." He said closing the door and sitting next to her.

"Well why don’t you just come on in." She said looking at him.

He smiled at her then leaned over and kissed her.

"This is so wrong." She said as he kissed down her neck.

"But it feels so right." He replied looking her in the eyes.

"Not out here, my room." She said standing up and walking into her room.

Nick followed her in there closing the door behind him and started to kiss her again as they fell onto the bed.

Jerrica woke up to the sound of her alarm clock she looked next to her at Nick sleeping. She smiled then she realized what happened and how bad that was. She slowly got out bed trying not to wake him and making her way to the bathroom.

She turned the hot water on and got in the shower letting the water run off her body. She turned around laying her head on the tile letting the water run down her back.

"Hey." Nick said as he got in, scaring Jerrica.

"Oh my god are you trying to give me a heart attack?" She asked with her hand over her heart.

Nick smiled as he kissed her.

"Nick, what’s going on here?"

"We’re taking a shower."

"No, Nick why are you doing this? You’ve got a girlfriend I feel like the slut here and I mean you are going to propose to her."

"You make me feel special." He said with a smile.

"What am I suppose to say to that now?"

Nick shrugged as he started to kiss her again.

Nick left Jerrica’s apartment before Alexis got up and headed to his own place to change clothes and then headed to the studio.

"Nick man where were ya last night? Shanna called my cell phone asking me cause she said yours was off." A.J asked Nick waiting for Jerrica to arrive.

Nick sat there just the mentioning of Shanna’s name made him feel guilty, before he could reply Jerrica walked in and they got to work.

While Jerrica was reloading and the guys were waiting Nick’s cell phone started to ring. He ran over and answered it.

"Hello?"

"Hey baby. Where are you?"

"A photo shoot where are you?"

"Our house."

"You are?"

"Yeah I got home early."

"That’s great babe." He said looking over at Jerrica.

"You almost done there?"

"I don’t know."

"I want to see you baby I missed you so much."

"Well I’ll be home later tonight."

"How about I come there and we can go to lunch?" Shanna asked.

"Umm... ok. I’ll call you when we go to lunch."

"Ok baby. I love you."

"Love you too." He replied as he hung up and went back over to the other guys.

"Shanna?" A.J asked as Nick walked back over to them.

He nodded.

"Where is she?"

"Our house." He replied as Jerrica looked up at him.

"Oh."

"Come here A.J." Nick said walking over to the corner of the room.

"What?"

"Me and Jerrica had sex." Nick whispered to him in the corner.

"What?" A.J said.

"Shh.."

"What in the hell were you thinking?"

Nick shrugged.

"What are you going to do?"

"I don’t know."

"You need to do something dude."

"I know that."

"You need to choose."

"Duh!"

"But I don’t know who I want more."

"Shanna."

Nick looked at A.J and agreed.

"So now more messing around with the photographer. Cause more than likely Shanna will forgive you."

"You think?"

"When you show her that rock yeah."

Nick smiled as they walked back over to the shoot.
