Won't you be my girlfriend, I'll treat you good. I know you hear your friends when they say you should. 'Cause if you were my girlfriend, I'd be you’re shining star. The one to show you where you are, girl you should be my girlfriend.

"Whoa, what’s he doing to my Madison?" Tony asked as he walked back over to Shane and Jake.
"He’s sticking his tongue down her throat." Jake muttered as they all three stared at them.
"You think she can breathe like that?"
"Seriously, it looks like he’s about to suck her face off." Jake said in amusement.
"Man, he’s hot and all but he doesn’t look so good when he’s sucking face." Tony said as he took a drink of his beer and looked around the room some more.
"So how much do you wanna bet that by the end of the night they’ll be fucking?" Jake asked as he looked between Jake and Shane wide eyed.
"Madison won’t do that, she believes in the whole love thing. That you should love someone before you sleep with them." Tony said shaking his head.
"Damn, you think they’ll be a couple by the end of the night? I bet twenty bucks they will be."
"Yeah right." Tony said looking at Jake.
"I bet forty they won’t." Shane said as he got out his wallet.
"Seriously?" Jake asked.
Shane nodded as he looked through his wallet and said, "I have to make sure I have money to bet."
"So Tony what about you?"
"I’m not participating in this." Tony said shaking his head.
"Fine you can hold the money." Shane said handing him two twenties.
"Yeah." Jake replied as he handed him his money.
"Ok, I’m about to die of thirst." Madison said as she stopped dancing and started to walk over to the bar with Nick following her.
"Water?" Nick asked looking at her.
She smiled and nodded as she hopped up on one of the bar stools.
"There you go." Nick said smiling as he handed her the bottle of water.
She smiled. "So why did you want to surprise me?"
Nick shrugged as he took a drink of his beer. "Just felt like it."
"So there is no specific reason?"
"Not really." Nick replied as he looked around the room and then back at Madison.
"Ok."
"Why do you have to have a reason for everything?"
"Uh yeah." Madison replied laughing.
"Can I ask you something?" Nick asked getting serious all of a sudden.
"Sur-."
"Hey Madison, John has our record sales for today." Tony interrupted her as he jumped up and down in front of her.
"Seriously?" Madison asked excitedly.
"Yeah, come on."
"Ok." Madison said and then looked at Nick. "I’m sorry I’ll be back."
"That’s fine, I’ll be here waiting." Nick replied as he sat down.
Madison smiled and walked away with Tony quickly.
"Hey buddy, where’d the girl go?" Mike asked Nick as he sat down beside him.
"She went with her band and manager to find out their record sales today."
"Oh. So what have you two been doing?" Mike asked as he wiggled his eyebrows.
Nick shook his head and laughed lightly. "Not much really. We’ve been talking a lot." Nick replied smiling.
"Talking? That’s it?"
"Yeah, there’s nothing wrong with that." Nick said as he took another drink of his beer.
"Yeah there is, you going soft on me dude?"
"Fuck you man." Nick replied angrily.
Mike stared at Nick for a minute and said, "She’s getting to you."
Nick cut his eyes over to Mike. "So what if she is."
"You’re so whipped already."
"Fuck you I am not." Nick snapped as he got down from the stool and walked over to some other people he knew there.
"Where’s John?" Madison asked Tony as she looked around the small room.
"He had a phone call." Jake said as he sat down.
"So what’s going on with Nick?" Tony asked as he wiggled his eyebrows.
"You should know you all were spying on me."
Tony stood there with his mouth hanging open. "You think we would do that?"
"Yeah." Madison replied laughing.
"Yeah, well we can’t help it. So, how was sucking face with him?"
"Shane!"
"What?" Shane asked innocently.
"Shut up." Madison replied as she sat down next to Jake.
"Well you guys were pretty engrossed with each other’s tongues." Shane said as he sat down across from them.
"Shut up." Madison replied while everyone else starting laughing.
"Ok, guys wanna know how many albums you’ve sold already?" John asked as he walked into the room.
"Hell yeah." Jake replied as he sat up eager to find out.
"I have to say you did pretty well. So far, you’ve sold a half million copies."
"Come again?" Tony asked as he sat down.
John laughed lightly and said, "To be exact it’s like 530,000."
"Seriously?" Madison asked shocked.
"Yep, you guys are doing great." John replied smiling.
"Holy shit." Jake said as he sat back on the couch smiling.
"Ok, I have to make a phone call. Have fun the rest of the night you guys." John said as he got up and walked out of the room.
"Well, I’m going to go back to my little friend out there." Tony said as he got up and headed out of the room.
"Yeah, Madison isn’t Nick waiting for you? To suck so more face?" Shane asked laughing.
"Shut up." Madison said as she shook her head laughing and then got up from her seat.
"You think that skirt is short enough? I think I almost saw your ass when you got up." Jake said to Madison when she reached the door of the room.
Madison turned around glared at Jake and then walked out of the room.
"We are mean." Shane said as he stood up.
"Yeah, but its fun." Jake said as he stood up stretching a little.
"Yeah it is." Shane replied as they walked out of the room laughing.
"Hey." Nick said to Madison as he walked up to her.
"Hey, I was looking for you. I thought you ditched me."
"I could never." Nick said smiling as he got up on the bar stool next to Madison and sat there facing her.
Madison blushed slightly and smiled as she looked down and then back up at him.
"So can I ask you something?"
"Sure."
"I’m not used to doing this, so be patient."
"Ok." Madison replied some what suspicious of what he was going to ask her.
Nick took a deep breath and said, "I like you Madison."
"Ok."
"How about you just listen and not say anything until I finish? Then I can get it out faster."
"Ok." Madison replied laughing a little. He looked so nervous. She didn’t think she could see Nick Carter nervous like this ever.
"So Madison I like you and I want more than a friendship." He said and paused as Tony walked up to them.
They sat there in silence while Tony looked between them. "Oh my bad did I interrupt something?" Tony asked Madison.
Madison looked at him with wide eyes and nodded.
"Oops sorry dude." Tony said laughing as he looked between Nick and Madison and then quickly walked off.
"Sorry." Madison said laughing lightly.
"It’s ok, like I’m not having enough trouble getting this out he has to interrupt and make me lose my train of thought."
Madison laughed lightly.
"Ok, so now I feel dumb."
"Why?"
"I don’t know I just feel stupid now. Well I felt stupid to begin with because I couldn’t think of any other way to say it and now I just feel stupid."
"Ok." Madison replied laughing.
"Madison I want you to be my girlfriend." Nick said quickly.
Madison stopped laughing and looked at him with wide eyes.
"Ok you have to say something now." Nick said as he grabbed her hands.
"Are you serious?" She asked him slowly.
"Yeah." Nick replied smiling.
"No." She said simply and then she walked away from him.
