I do the graph-ghans in single crochet instead of the afghan stitch.
I have not got the hang of the afghan stitch yet.
I can do the afghan stitch but it is much faster for me to single crochet it.
But with practice just like the crochet, I am sure someday I will like it just as well.
As of a few month ago I have started using the afghan stitch.
As soon as I finish my first afghan stitch ghan I will post it.
I found a place to buy these wonderful wooden hand made hooks. They are just great for doing the afghan stitch.
After using these for the afghan stitch I don't think you will want to use anything else.

It is made out of squares that you put together.
