Cyd here. Sad news to tell Boars Head is canceled. Enough said.

Folks we really need people to work on the different committees as staff. Please read the help wanted section and contact the coordinator of the division for more information. We are still updating the database. Rummage Sale: We need a place (free) to hold the rummage sale - if you have any ideas please contact Sheri Ford at sherilee@stlnet.com. Money to go to the faire budget. NEEDED any thing that is cluttering up your basement that you want to donate to the faire.

Boars Head Feast: November 19, 2000 - Canceled

January, 2001

Auditions: The Greater St. Louis Renaissance Faire at Wentzville.
Auditions to be held on January 6th and 13th between 11 - 3pm.
1st Rehearsal on January 27th between 11 - 3pm.

February 2001
A theater event: Auditions will be held - dates to be announced.
Rehearsals for Court People February 10th 11- 3pm.
Rehearsal for Street People February 24th 11 - 3pm
Rehearsal for Warrenton Monday, February 5th and 19th in Warrenton 6:30 - 8:00pm

March 2001
Rehearsals: Court - March 12 11 - 3pm
Street - March 24th 11 - 3pm
Warrenton - 5th & 19th

April 2001
April Fools' Grand Masquerade -- Needed people to participate.
Rehearsal for 2001 faire every weekend.

May 2001
NEW: DRESS REHEARSAL May 5th and 6th on site. 3rd annual Greater St. Louis Renaissance Faire at Wentzville



Help Wanted:
At this point all committees are looking for people to help them out.

Volunteers
- Cyd Donaldson is looking for some area Assistant Volunteer Coordinators who have time to make calls keeping people updated about upcoming events, as well as helping out during events. Of course volunteers of any kind are always welcome and needed. Please contact her at stlrenvolco@aol.com.

Marketing - Danielle Goodman is looking for people who are willing to make contacts in the business community and find event supporters. Please contact her at dragoncat7@aol.com for more information.

Site - Stephen Ford is looking for people to work on site and on site crews. Please contact him at sherilee@stlnet.com.

Entertainment - At this point John Campbell is looking for 200 people to be street color and court during the Faire of 2001. Of course, also realize that we need people to volunteer for upcoming events before the faire (See above). Please contact him about your interest at jcampbell@USMO.com.
