RULES

Do NOT...

RULE NAME

MEANING

Hit Call

Make someone else's character do something. For example, say that your name is Badrang. You're fighting Martin. You can't post this - "Badrang slashes at Martin. Martin blocks Badrang" because Martin isn't your character. Some people use this term to describe a different courtesy breach (see No Action).

Auto-Hit

Kill someone else's character. You can wound someone's character as badly as you like - but only THEY can decide if they want their character to die. They've probably put a lot of work into their character, and don't want to lose it!

Play Invincible

Self- explanatory. This means not letting yourself get wounded, or not ever - eventually, at least! - being affected by your wounds.

god-mode

Similar to playing invincible, but also having lots of strength, weapons, skill, and all-around power. In other words, having no weaknesses.

No Action

The only term I can think to label this with. This is NOT a manditory Don't, for it's often necessary. No Actioning is not letting someone's character react. For instance, "Badrang slashes Martin's face, then slices his ear, then..." That's No Actioning. Sometimes reffered to as hit-calling by somebeasts, but I don't agree with it being labeled that term...
