This photo taken in Valley,Alabama on the 16th of September in 1996 show an object flying low over a field in clear day...The man who took the photo wished to stay anoymous but he did give the photos to a local radio station who then passed them on to ISUR...
According to the man ,he was mending a fence when he heard his dog barking loudly.He went to see what the dog was barking at and noticed the object...
There are six photos in all only one of which i have used,but the photos have been examined by researchers and they have found that the object is at a different height and position in every photo so this would make it harder to hoax...
