A drunk is pissing in a fountain in the middle of town so a cop walks up to him and says, "Hey! Put your dick away and stop that."
So the drunk zips up and the cop walks away. The drunk starts to laugh and the cop turns around and says, "Okay, what's so funny?"
The drunk says, "I fooled you! I put it away but I didn't stop!!"
