It is apparent that he and his wife and 2 daughters immigrated to Texas from Louisiana sometime in the 1850’s.2 Did any of his brothers or sisters come with him? Did his parents come? He was not living with his parents in 1850 and it is not known where he was as he has not yet been found in the 1850 census. Sources: 1. Imigration Records 2. 1860 Census 3. 1900 Census 4.
