Anna Maria Britling was born in 1828 in Germany1,2.  She married Mike Mohr about 1847 
in Louisiana1.  She had 5 children between 1848 and 1864.  Her husband died in 1869 
and she became the executor of his estate3.  In 1872, she purchased 14 and ½ acres 
in Austin County from John Burleson for $217.504.  She died in 1878 or 1879 in 
Austin County5.
