GENERAL INFORMATION:

1. Each team will play 5 games, with 4 pools during the week. You will play all 3 teams in your pool and we will be using multiple sites. Winners of pools will be placed in a pool and play each other, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th as well. After pools are established, everyone will play 1 game at 4:30 on Friday. Saturday at noon their will be 1 game for everyone with the winners from Friday afternoon games play winners and losers v losers in all pools. Sites will be tbd.

2. There will be 5 tie breakers: 1) Record in pool play, 2) Head to head competition, 3) Runs allowed in pool play, 4) Runs scored for, 5) Coin toss.

3. The entry fee will be prorated upon completion of the tournament.

6. Each team will supply 2 baseballs for each contest.

7. Home team will be established by a flip of the coin for all games.

8. The winning team will be responsible for calling the scores into sports stats. If the winning teams are not from St. Louis, have the teams that are from St. Louis call them in, regardless if they won or not. Site managers will have to call in scores if both teams are not from St. Louis. Coach Perkins will tweet out results as they happen.

9. Umpires will be assigned by the Greater St. Louis Umpires Association - Bill Buchanan, 355-5878.

12. We will select an all tournament team and Most Valuable Offensive and Most Valuable Defensive player. Each honoree will receive an award directly following the championship game at which ever site is hosting. Any all tournament players would be encouraged to stick around so that a picture could be taken directly after the championship.

13. Team trophies will be given out to 1st-4th place finishers at championship pool site on Saturday.

Coach Perkins with his old High School coach Gary Bender, who is retired and is in the Illinois Coaches Hall of Fame. This was in the 1999 tournament and Coach Benders last year as Rock Islands coach.
