In order to perform regular poojas as per the tantric vidhi, a small temple was constructed which has been eliminated and refurbished as per instruction of `His Holiness' Brahmashree Kandaru Rajeevaru, Chief Tantri of Sabarimalai Temple,kerala, who also solemnised the Idol Installation of Lord Ayyappa, Lord Ganesh, Devi Mata, Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu and Deities of Nagas after performing necessary parihaara (remedial) Poojas.

The Temple have brrn constructed in typical Ancient Indian Style in accordance with Vastu Shilpa Shastra based on the plas prepared by Kanipayyor Sri Krishnan Namboothiripad and Sri Kuttan Namboothiripad, the Supreme Authority of Temple Architecture.

According to the verdict of Devaprasana, the land where the temples are existing is an ideal place for a full fledged temple complex, since centuries ago this place was used by Brahmins for worship of Devas & Nagas and gradually with the passage of time this place was either evaded or vanished and this was curse to their souls' fulfilment. With this ideology in mind, Ayyappa Sewa Sangam has begun work towards its realisation and with the spirit of oneness and financial contribution of devotees all over the Country,especially certain eminent citizens of Ludhiana and Madras we could manage the temples to the present structure.

Being blessed with the devine grace of Lord Ayyappa, this temple is having many significance as verdicated during Devaprasana. It has already been proved that few couples who had offered obeisace with full devotion have been blessed with children. It may be strange, but true that during the installation ceremony of deities and subsequently at the time of "KUMBHABHISHEKAM" two garudas hovered above this temple shrine (which always happens during the arrival of Caskets of Lord Ayyappa at Sabarimala on Makara Samkranti day) and this really shows the innumerable divine grace of Lord Ayyappa and the significance of this temple.

This is a unique temple complex spead over apprx, 30000 sq.ft area at a prime location of Focal Point, Ludhiana having just 7 K.Mts. from Railway Station and 8 K.Mts. from Airport. To fulfill the very ardent hope and desire of the devotees, the Sangam has decided to proceed with further construction with an estimated cost of Rs.40 lakhs.

To keep our ancient heritage alive in the jet age, the Sangam has also plans to go for a School for better education and also a Charitable Hospital in the name of Lord Ayyappa.
