Fairness

What's to say that I don't cheat? Well, cheating would make a really dull game, with me always winning. I'd like to see fair competition. Here are some methods of internet fairness:

Rasco's Internet Rules: The other player draws cards from a box in his or her own house.

Akktri's Internet Rules: Game host draws out cards without looking at them, turns them over so he can't read the serial number, and assigns them to both sides. No cards are chosen to defeat the other player. Game master is not supposed to know what is on the card until it is played on the board, and he will also ignore his own cards. (Alternative: cards only drawn when actually used. Not good if you aren't using a chess board, though.)

Boon Poon's Internet Rules: Game host sends mailings with vital stats from the cards on both sides. Fair, but also difficult for anyone to win. I guess it's like real chess!
